These terms apply to your use of shellpotools.com, operated by Shellpo Traders Co. (“Shellpo,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Product information

We try to keep product descriptions, sizes, item numbers and images accurate, but they are provided for general information and may change without notice. Images may differ slightly from the actual product. Always follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and use appropriate protective equipment.

The site does not sell products directly. Retail customers can find participating stores through our store locator; store details (address, phone and hours) are provided for convenience and may change, so please contact the store to confirm.

Distributor accounts

The distributor portal is for businesses that resell or use Shellpo products. You agree to provide accurate business information, keep your login credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are inaccurate, misused or inactive.

Quotes and orders

A quote request submitted through the portal is a request for pricing, not an order. Prices, availability, shipping and payment terms are confirmed by Shellpo in writing and apply only to the quote they are given for. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or limit any quote or order.

Warranty

Shellpo stands behind its tools with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or modification. For warranty service, contact the store where you purchased the product or contact us directly.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the site’s operation, scrape it in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Shellpo name, logo, product photos and site content belong to Shellpo Traders Co. or its licensors. Authorized distributors may use product names and images to promote and sell Shellpo products; any other use requires our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site itself (apart from our product warranty above) and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
